The Family Lake House Renovation.

I had the opportunity to spend an extensive amount to time in the Lake House through the seasons. I learned to understand what the place is about and what it wants to be and how the clients wants to live. 

We created a retreat that will be enjoyed all year around.

BEFORE & AFTER TRANSFORMATION

The mission was to makeover of an uninspired suburban home into an oasis of tranquillity and light.

Despite nearly gutting the dwelling, our team made an effort to reclaim a comfortable open flow. The original wood floors were replaced with white washed planks, the whole home was painted in a pure white.

Modern Design for a Chicago Transplant

Our client trends toward contemporary, with her love of art and travel we used these passions for the catalyst of our design. The space had amazing natural light and we enhanced this by having all the walls painted white. Our foundation pieces were covered in muted tones and texture to allow for the artwork to be showcased.

Family of Five Family Room Update

We created a casual yet stylish environment with custom furnishings made specifically for the desires of the family. Foundation color pallet uses midnight navy, grey flannel and creams to elevate the room.
